Paper Handling
Baumann provides one of the most extensive range of paper handling equipment available today. These equipments improve the production efficiency consequently incurring cost savings. are available for both preparing for the cutting processes and finishing after the cutting process.
Pile hoists
The pile hoists automatically lifts the pile to the desired height from where the layer of sheets can be moved to the cutting table. The automated functions relieve the operator’s physical strain while increasing the efficiency of the high-speed cutter.
Automatic Joggers
All Automatic Joggers consist of a stable support, in which the table’s up and down movements are solidly guided (no wires are used for stabilization). The jogging table gets automatically into its inclined jogging position and back to working height. All automatic joggers model "L" are additionally equipped with a pneumatically driven air-expulsion roller with clamping device.
Unloaders
The manual restacking of paper and cardboard after the cutting-process requires a lot of time and effort. The unloaders give you the opportunity to automate the restacking process. Unloader types BA are especially made for pile-heights of up to 1400 mm. The material is restacked in front of the unloader. The material is taken up at the level of the table and restacked either above or underneath this level.
Pile Turners
The manual handling of paper and cardboard-stacks is a backbreaking and expensive process. Baumann Pile Turners give you the opportunity to save time, reduce the costs and eliminate the physical effort. Pile turners perform a variety of tasks which include turning the piles, precise alignment of piles, aerating the piles and thus separating the sheets prior to printing.
