Bindwel is synonymous with adhesive binding in India. The group manufactures various machines that complete the post-press cycle from signature gatherers to three knife trimmers. Together with its partners the group delivers technology that converts the printed information into a well bound book

Majority of books made in India have been touched by Bindwel - in terms of the machines, services and adhesives.

India has a population of 250 million that goes to school. Bindwel has partnered with publishers, printers, bookbinders and exercise notebook manufacturers to deliver better bound books.

Bindwel has 16 centres, and more than one hundred people in sales and service, by far the largest in the Graphic Art industry in India. A team of qualified engineers is always accessible to you through this network. Our team understands everything from paper, folding, gathering, binding, trimming and adhesives.

Technical Services

Book production in the Indian environment has its own unique challenges. Our team offers expertise to overcome these challenges through training, service, maintenance and audits. We are consultants to most of the key book print exporters from India, understanding and resolving their challenges in delivering quality and production.

Manufacturing

The Bindwel manufacturing facility in Bengaluru partners with leaders in component manufacturing to deliver across Asia and Africa. A team of 25 plus people in Concept, Design and Engineering helps develop solutions for our customers. The assembly and testing team has a strength of more than 50.
